Global Head of Data Analytics

We are seeking a visionary Head of Data Analytics to join our clients growing & dynamic team. Our clients culture is aligned with having huge belief in the power of data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive sustainable growth across their direct-to-consumer sales channels, wholesale partnerships, and product performance metrics.

As the Head of Data Analytics, you will be responsible for leveraging Daasity.com to generate actionable insights that drive business success. You will focus on understanding which reports bring the most value to the business and how to visualise these insights using Looker Studio.

Your expertise will support the optimisation of sales, enhance customer engagement, and elevate the overall brand experience. This role does not require building a data technology or developing a data strategy from scratch; instead, your primary accountability will be in managing and maximising the capabilities of Daasity.com.

The role includes:

  • Oversee the use and management of Daasity.com to extract, analyse, and visualise data that informs business decisions.
  • Develop and set up detailed reports and dashboards using Looker Studio to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and finance teams to identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to drive sales growth, optimise inventory management, and enhance customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Create and maintain consumer profiles and segmentation models to support personalised marketing campaigns and product development strategies.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics, particularly within the omni-channel fashion, luxury, and sports industries.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in data analytics roles, preferably within the omni-channel fashion, luxury, or sports industries.
  • Experience using Daasity.com for data extraction and analysis.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed reports and dashboards with Looker Studio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organisation.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated, with a passion for leveraging data to drive business impact and innovation.
  • Located in London, UK, or Amsterdam, Netherlands, or willing to relocate.
